The FA are worried about the safety of the estimated 3,000 to 6,000 fans who might otherwise attend the game in October.After consultations with the police, supporters' group and the Turkish authorities, the FA's main board will therefore next week discuss a recommendation to reject the ticket allocation.The FA insist the move does not form part of any 'horse-trading' with UEFA ahead of Thursday's hearing into charges following the ugly scenes at England's qualifier against Turkey in Sunderland.
