When you buy a complete system from Sirap — a Synology NAS unit together with a minimum of three drives — free configuration and setup support is included. Our engineers handle the initial deployment: RAID and storage pool setup, DSM configuration, user and permission structure, shared folders, and backup or sync settings, so the system arrives ready to use. You’re up and running correctly from day one, with none of the misconfigurations that quietly put data at risk.
