What the RS2100 is for

The RS2100 is a wearable scanner for workflows where workers need both hands free, picking, packing, sorting and receiving. The back-of-hand mount lets a worker grip and handle items with a bare palm while scanning, reducing fatigue and the risk of dropping or damaging stock. It pairs with Zebra mobile computers, tablets, phones and PCs, and it fits the warehouse automation workflows Sirap builds.

Who it is for

Maltese logistics and manufacturing operations running pick, pack and sort tasks where hands-free scanning speeds work and protects items. It complements a host device such as a TC53/TC58 or WT6400 wearable computer; for handheld scanning, the DS3600.

Pairs widely. Compatible with Zebra mobile computers, Apple and Android tablets and phones, and PCs; at packing stations, Zebra’s Bluetooth Adapter connects it to a PC and pairs several scanners at once, removing the need for individual mobile computers.

Anti-loss tools. Optional Device Tracker locates a misplaced RS2100, and Virtual Tether keeps the scanner and its host together to reduce loss and replacement cost.
