The ZT510 is the value end of Zebra’s heavy-duty industrial range: a rugged, all-metal printer built for round-the-clock running, with the core features a busy line needs and none of the cost of the ones it does not. It carries on the legacy of the industry-standard 105SLPlus, adding modern Link-OS management and monitoring, so it suits cost-conscious manufacturers and warehouses that still need genuine 24/7 durability. Who it is for

Where you need RFID, a touchscreen or media-handling options, the ZT231 or ZT400 are the better fit; for the heaviest 24/7 or wide/micro-label work, the ZT600.

Is the ZT510 a replacement for the 105SLPlus?
Yes. It is the next-generation successor to the 105SLPlus, keeping the proven durable design and adding Link-OS management, faster processing and modern connectivity at a value price.

How does it compare to the ZT231?
Both are mid-tier industrial printers. The ZT510 leans to rugged 24/7 value with Gigabit Ethernet and a large memory, while the ZT231 offers a colour touchscreen and RFID and cutter/peeler options. We match the printer to your duty cycle and the options you actually need.

Does it do RFID?
No. The ZT510 has no RFID option; for UHF RFID choose the ZT231R or a ZT400/ZT600 RFID model, and we will configure it.
